Standard Warranty Coverage

All eligible equipment purchased from XS Fitness includes a limited manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural components such as frames, welds, and key parts

  • Functionality issues not caused by misuse or wear and tear

Warranty periods vary by product category:

Dumbbells, Barbells, Plates 6 Months Warranty
Resistance Bands & Accessories 3–6 Months Warranty

Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is non-transferable.


What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper assembly

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, rust, fading, etc.)

  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

  • Damage due to unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Improper storage or maintenance


Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at <a href="mailto:xsfitness.ca@gmail.com">xsfitness.ca@gmail.com</a> with your order number.

  2. Provide photos/videos of the issue and a description of the problem.

  3. Our team will assess the claim and offer a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).

We aim to resolve warranty claims within 3–5 business days of receiving all required information.
